Got a cleanser and vitamin C serum from Skin Elite. Happy with them. My skin looked less dull after a couple weeks, and no breakouts. Shipping was fine. I’d order again.

My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but one of the items was the wrong size. It’s just annoying because everything is supposed to be checked and accurate, and clearly that didn’t happen. Support did fix it in the end, but I still had to deal with the hassle when I was expecting it to be right the first time

I emailed Skinelite about my order and they did get back to me, but it took a little longer than I was hoping. The response was helpful once it came through, I just wish they were a bit quicker.

I’ve bought from skinelite a few times because my sister recommended it to me, and they do carry really good products. That said, the prices can feel a little high depending on what I’m looking for. The deals help when they pop up, but I usually still check a couple other sites before placing an order.

I’d been checking a bunch of places for my usual cleanser and it was sold out everywhere, which was so annoying because I was literally scraping the last bit out of the tube. Randomly looked here while drinking my morning coffee, and they actually had it in stock. Such a relief.

My order from skinelite.com showed up packed really well. Nothing was leaking, smashed, or looking rough, and even the boxes inside were clean. I guess I have to blame them for setting my expectations higher now, because it was simple but definitely made a really good first impression.

It seems okay so far, but i’m not totally sure yet. Like, there are parts that feel fine, but I guess I still need a bit more time to really trust it...

My SkinCeuticals arrived sealed and looked totally legit. No issues at all. i kind of regret waiting so long to place the order, because everything went smoothly and I’d definitely order again.

I ordered from Skin Elite and, i kind of assumed it would take the usual few days before anything really happened. But I got the tracking info quickly, and by the next day it was already moving, which was a nice surprise.
The package ended up getting to me earlier than I had expected, and everything was packed well when it arrived. Based on how smooth it was, I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again

I ordered a cream, but it just wasn’t the right fit for me, so I sent it back. The return itself was fine, but the refund took WAY longer than I expected. I had to follow up more than once, which was annoying. I did get my money back in the end, but it felt like more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

I did eventually find what I was looking for, but the site felt clunky. The pages were slow to load, and the filters were kind of a pain to deal with. i don’t have a lot of patience for that kind of thing, so it got annoying fast.

They do have some good stuff, and I found a few things I liked, but the overall selection felt a little limited. I reached out to support and they basically said they’re “always adding more options” and to “check back soon,” which is fine, but right now it still feels like there could be a lot more to choose from.

I ended up ordering from Skin Elite because they had a discount code advertised, that was the main reason I gave them a shot. The code did work at checkout, so credit where it’s due, I did save a little compared to a couple other sites I checked.
That said, the promos feel weirdly inconsistent. Like, some products were excluded, but I didn’t realize that until I was already messing around in the cart, which is always annoying. And don’t even get me started on the free shipping minimum, it felt just high enough to make you add something extra you didn’t really need.

My order showed up fine and there wasn’t any major issue, so I’m not mad about the actual purchase. But I’d probably only shop there again if there’s a solid coupon, because otherwise the whole discount situation feels like more work than it should be.
